The Illinois Natural History Survey Fish Collection contains over 172,000 specimen records dating back to the late 1800s, with samples from Illinois, North and South America, and around the world. The online database provides searchable access to preserved specimens, georeferenced data, and images that support research in fish biodiversity, conservation, and ecology.
